Let’s take the Otaru Mt. Tengu Ropeway to the top of Mt. Tengu , a 532m mountain to the south of the Otaru city centre!
We can look out over Ishikari Bay and the Shakotan Peninsula.
The Otaru night scenery is particularly beautiful and makes for a great memory.
