Takino Park Summer Illuminations

Date: August 1st to 15th, 2018

Location: Takino Park, which is forty-five minutes from Sapporo

Time: 6:00pm to 9:00pm

Details: Part of Takino park is sectioned off for a night illumination that will allow you to marvel at your surroundings and enjoy the natural setting. The theme this year for the illumination is ‘Space’. 

Takino park itself is a 400 hectare green space that is surrounded by forest, open greenery and short hiking paths that lead to waterfalls!

Extra: There are two extra events that happen in combination with the night illuminations

1) Musical Concert: August 11th and August 12th.    5:00pm to 7:00pm.  Located in the same area as the illuminations.

2) Astronomical Observation: August 4th and August 11th.     7:00pm to 9:00pm.   Located at the Yokoshiba Open Space in Takino park.

Tickets: The illuminations themselves are free for guests.
