Social Bus is part of a wider family of local businesses run by Shunsuke Ohata and Soichi Sasaki (and their team).
The dream started back in 2014, when these two childhood friends opened their first guesthouse (Social Hostel 365) in the centre of Sapporo city. 4 guesthouses, a sandwich café, a bar, a growing team, some growing families, and a whole lot of other adventures later, in 2018 Social Bus finally moved from dream to reality.
Social Bus adds another vital piece to the company dream of offering warm, friendly, community-based opportunities for tourists and local people to enjoy Hokkaido together. We aim to provide safe, comfortable and convenient transportation solutions at affordable prices. Our staff are experienced, local, friendly, and they understand the best way to explore Hokkaido in all its fullness.
